Cancellation Policy

Appointment Policy • Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total. • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be automatically canceled and the full service fee will apply. • Grace Period: If you are more than 15 minutes late but notify me in advance and I am able to accommodate the delay, a 25% late fee will be applied. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all full set appointments. Deposits are applied toward the total service price at the time of the appointment. Deposits may be transferred one time only if the appointment is rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits will be forfeited for: • no-shows • cancellations within 24 hours • same-day reschedules All services are final and non-refundable. Once a service has been completed, no refunds or chargebacks will be issued. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies
